Common questions

What you actually pay for.

Plan caps, billing cadence, and what happens when you grow past Starter. The full FAQ lives at /faq.

  • What is recovered revenue exactly?

An order counts toward recovered revenue when a visitor clicked a recommendation on the recovery page and an order from that visitor landed in the same session. The number on the dashboard is the same number that counts toward your plan's revenue cap. There is no last-touch math, no referrer guessing, and no inflation from orders that happened to arrive after a recovery page impression but without a click.

  • What happens when I hit my plan's cap?

The recovery page stops firing for the rest of the month. It resumes on the first day of the next billing cycle, or immediately if you upgrade to a higher tier. There are no overage charges and no surprise bills — when the dashboard says you've hit the cap, you've hit the cap, and the app waits.

  • Are there any setup fees?

No. The price you see on this page is the full price. There is no onboarding fee, no theme integration fee, no per-store activation charge. Install from the app store, the theme app extension is added automatically, and the only money that ever changes hands is the monthly or annual subscription on a paid tier — which you control entirely from your store's billing screen.

  • Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. The annual plan on Growth and Enterprise is roughly the cost of ten months billed in advance for twelve months of service. You can switch from monthly to annual or back at any time; the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. There is no penalty for switching back to monthly if the annual cadence stops fitting.

  • What is the difference between Growth and Enterprise?

Growth is capped at $2,499 of recovered revenue per month and includes the multi-language locales, multi-sales-channel controls, AI-driven recommendations, and priority support. Enterprise removes the revenue cap entirely and adds custom landing page support, the boost and suppress controls for individual products, custom integrations, custom analytics integration, and dedicated support. Most stores upgrade to Enterprise when they outgrow the Growth cap or want the boost-and-suppress controls for catalog merchandising.

  • Do I need a credit card to start the free Starter plan?

No. The Starter plan is free forever and requires no credit card. You install from the app store, the recovery page starts firing on the next product-page back navigation, and you only enter billing information if and when you decide to upgrade to a paid tier later. The free plan isn't a trial — it doesn't expire — though it is capped at $149 of recovered revenue per month.
